Aspire Community Services, LLC (ACS) In-Home Respite Care Service offers intermittent or regularly scheduled temporary non-medical care and supervision to children and adults born with developmental disabilities and their families. Families who have a child with autism or other related disabilities often experience ongoing stress. All aspects of the family’s life are impacted and those who report less stress usually are the consumers of In-Home Respite care services.
Tailored Day Services offers a variety of 100% community based opportunities for adults born with developmental disabilities age Eighteen and older. Our Tailored Day Services is designed to maximize an individualized choices and needs. We provide opportunities for increasing integration and inclusion, as well as further the opportunities to develop or maintain employment/volunteer activities and pursue post-secondary education increase their ability to lead integrated and inclusive lives in their community.
Employment Services/Volunteer Component:
Individuals gain practical experience through volunteer work leading to integrated, paid employment.
Post-Secondary Education
Supporting individuals interested in choosing and enrolling in community college, adult education classes, continued education, or trade schools.
Community Resources/Integration Mobility Training/Transportation Individualized training that allows our participant the skills required to travel safely on public transportation. Help our participants travel to and from work sites, college campus sites, or community activities.
Aspire Community Services, (ACS) Day Program is designed to support the quality of life of our participants by supporting their choices as individuals who want to access the full range of activities and services available in their
community, regardless of their current level of independence. At Aspire, we provide our consumers with a variety of services, including, vocational development, socialization, independent living skills, mobility training, self-care, self-advocacy, leisure skill development, recreation skill development, instruction and skills training, and the personal assistance needed to enable them to engage in activities of their own choosing and leading to greater self‐determination.
